Every year the Association of Learning Providers gives an award to a thought leader in the learning space.  This year, we are proud to say that our own founder, Beverly Kaye, will be the recipient of that award at the March conference.  Bev’s ideas have allowed our organization to grow and flourish these past several decades and we are proud to share her award with you.

ISA’s Thought Leader Award recognizes those whose body of work in support of work-related learning and performance has significantly influenced people and organizations. Through their advocacy of ideas and commitment to actions, they have not only positively influenced clients and industry colleagues, but have facilitated respect for the learning and performance industry overall.

Criteria:

  • Innovative ideas/initiatives: Thought leadership involves developing innovative or “out-of-the box” concepts, ideas, products, and/or services that help promote workplace learning and performance
  • Challenging myths and traditions in the field: Many times, thought leadership requires challenging current-state practices and norms.

Recent recipients: Patrick Lencioni, John Kotter, Peter Senge, Stephen R. Covey, Jack Zenger, Joe Folkman, Patricia McLagan, Donald Kirkpatrick, and Jim Kouzes.
